PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress requirement of support which may cause delay of a support or deterioration of a job efficiency of other medical care workers, when one medical care worker requests support of other medical care workers.SOLUTION: A support requirement system 1 comprises: a distance acquisition part 22 for acquiring distance between one medical care worker and each of other medical care workers who may become candidates to be requested to support the one medical care worker； an other medical care worker information display part 24 for associating information for identifying other medical care worker with information indicating the distance acquired by the distance acquisition part 22 and displaying the same； and a support requirement processing part 25 for performing processing for requesting the selected medical care worker selected out of other medical care workers displayed, to support, in which when selecting other medical care worker to whom support is requested from one medical care worker, the distance between one medical care worker and other medical care worker is recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】一の医療従事者が他の医療従事者の応援を要請する際に、他の医療従事者による応援の遅れや業務効率の悪化につながる可能性のある応援の要請を抑止できるようにする。【解決手段】応援要請システム１は、一の医療従事者と応援を要請される候補となる他の医療従事者のそれぞれとの距離を取得する距離取得部２２と、他の医療従事者のそれぞれについて、他の医療従事者を特定する情報および距離取得部２２により取得された距離を示す情報を対応付けて表示する他医療従事者情報表示部２４と、表示された他の医療従事者の中から選択された医療従事者に応援を要請するための処理を行う応援要請処理部２５とを備えており、一の医療従事者が応援を要請する他の医療従事者を選択する際に、他の医療従事者との距離を認識できるようにしている。【選択図】図２
