To provide an ion source device and a charged particle beam therapy device, capable of quickly adjusting an extracted amount of ions.SOLUTION: In an ion source device, an extraction part 63 extracts ions generated in an internal space S of a body part 60 from the internal space S by forming a high frequency electric field between the body part 60 and the extraction part 63. Here, a bias power supply 67 applies a bias voltage to the body part 60. An electric field between the body part 60 and the extraction part 63 is quickly modulated by the bias voltage.
