PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope including an insertion section composed by connecting sheaths, capable of appropriately preventing peeling of coating of an operation wire in a connection part of the sheaths.SOLUTION: Projections 120, 122 and 124 projecting inward are provided circularly along the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surfaces of a sheath 20A, a sheath 20B and a connection member 22 connecting the sheaths respectively. With this structure, contact with an operation wire 30 in boundaries 86 and 88 appearing on the inner surface of connection parts of the sheaths 20 can be prevented, and even if edges are formed in the boundaries 86 and 88 because of difference in level or gaps, peeling of coating 34 of the operation wire 30 caused by the edges can be prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】シースを繋いで構成される挿入部を備えた内視鏡用処置具において、シースの繋ぎ部分における操作ワイヤのコーティングの剥がれを好適に防止することができる内視鏡用処置具を提供する。【解決手段】シース20Aと、シース20Bと、これらを繋ぐ接続部材22の各々の内周面には、内向き突出する凸部120、122、124が周方向に沿って円環状に設けられている。これにより、シース20の繋ぎ部分の内周面に現れる境界86、88部分に操作ワイヤ30が接触することが防止され、それらの境界86、88に段差や隙間によるエッジが生じている場合であっても、そのエッジによって操作ワイヤ30のコーティング34が剥がれるという事態が防止される。【選択図】図9
