PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope including an insertion section composed by connecting sheaths, capable of appropriately preventing peeling of coating of an operation wire in a connection part of the sheaths.SOLUTION: An operation wire 30 is coated with a hard coat in an area 102 located in a connection part of sheaths 20 (a connection member 22), and with a soft coat in the other areas 100.
