PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device capable of calculating an appropriate contrast medium injection amount for a subject of any build.SOLUTION: A chemical injection device 100 includes: a piston drive mechanism 130 configured to push out a contrast medium from a syringe an injection condition determination part 170 for determining an injection amount of the contrast medium or the like and a control part 161 for controlling the operation of the piston drive mechanism 130 according to conditions determined in the injection condition determination part 170.
