PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluoroscopic X-ray equipment visualizing the moving state of contrast medium and allowing an observer to efficiently observe the flowing state of the contrast medium by increasing information such as the moving quantity and the flow velocity of the contrast medium.SOLUTION: A frame memory 12 stores images captured by previously indwelling an embolic substance in an object blood vessel of a subject and images captured by injecting the contrast medium in the blood vessel with a contrast medium injector. A computing unit 13 performs the computing between the stored images, and a contrast medium leading-edge position detection section 14 detects the leading-edge position of the injected contrast medium from the computing result. A moving distance visualization section 15 converts the moving distance of the contrast medium in the detected contrast medium leading edge information into visualization information and generates a visualization image, and an image composition section 16 composes the generated contrast medium visualization image with the fluoroscopic image, or the present image, to display it on an image display device 8.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 造影剤の移動状態を可視化すること及び造影剤の移動量、造影剤の流速度等の情報を多くして造影剤の流れの状況を効率良く観察できるX線透視撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】 被検体の対象血管内に予め塞栓物質を留置させた状態で撮影した画像及び造影剤注入器で前記血管内に造影剤を注入して撮影した画像をフレームメモリ12に格納する。この格納した画像間の演算を演算器13で演算し、この演算結果から前記注入した造影剤の先端位置を造影剤先端位置検出部14で検出する。この検出した造影剤先端位置情報から該造影剤の移動距離を移動距離可視化部15で可視化情報に変換して可視化画像を生成し、この生成した造影剤可視化画像と現画像である透視画像とを画像合成部16で合成して画像表示装置8に表示する。【選択図】 図2
