According to the present invention, the electronic chemi-light with a fish signal detection function has an outer shape constituted of an upper body and a lower body, wherein a power switch is formed on the upper body； a groove (H) configured to be inserted in an outer circumferential surface of a fishing rod is formed on the lower body； and inside the body constituted of the upper body and the lower body, a circuit module which simultaneously performs a chemi-light function and a fish signal function is formed. In addition, the fish signal detection system using an electronic chemi-light with a fish signal detection function of the present invention comprises: an electronic chemi-light which has a system operation and lighting to be actuated in response to a power supply, and generates and transmits a fish signal detection signal in response to a fish signal detection signal； and an electronic fish signal detector which generates an alarm signal in response to the fish signal detection signal and performs output in response to an alarm signal. Accordingly, the present invention performs the chemi-light function and the fish signal function simultaneously, thereby improving the user convenience. In addition, through simplification, miniaturization and weight reduction of a device, the present invention can provide the convenience of assembly and disassembly and reduce the manufacturing cost.
