The invention relates to an improved root system activity method, providing a high pressure hydraulic power to dig soil and soil interstices filled of an organic fertilizer. The improved root system activity method includes a soil aeration seepage-drainage process and a soil interstice filling organic fertilizer process. In the soil aeration seepage-drainage process, seepage, drainage and permeability of the soil in a habitant environment for a tree can be improved, thus to activate a tree root system. In the soil interstice filling organic fertilizer process, fertilization effectiveness under the surface of the soil can be promoted, an organic content in soil interstices can be improved, and nutrient uptake of the tree root can be facilitated.
