PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for determining a use form and a mounting frame of an electronic cassette (detector) to select any of a plurality of repeaters on the basis of the result of the determination.SOLUTION: A radiographic system includes an electronic cassette 1 for detecting radiation transmitting through a subject in a state of being portable or being mounted on a frame, a control part 4 for controlling photographing of a radiation image by using the electronic cassette 1, and a plurality of repeaters for relaying radio communication of the electronic cassette 1. The frame includes a detection part for detecting the mounting of the electronic cassette 1. Here, the control part 4 determines a use form of the electronic cassette 1 or the mounting of the electronic cassette 1 on the frame on the basis of detection information from the detection part or a connection request from the electronic cassette 1, and selects any repeater on the basis of the result of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
