Disclosed are chemically asymmetric anisotropic powder, a stabilized water-in-oil type (W/O) emulsion composition including the same, and a method for preparing the same. The composition includes chemically asymmetric anisotropic powder that forms a stabilized interface film and different sizes of emulsion particles, and thus provides a stabilized water-in-oil type emulsion composition having a low-viscosity formulation that shows a significantly lighter feeling of use as compared to conventional W/O formulation.本發明揭示化學非對稱各向異性粉粒、一包含其的穩定油包水型(W/O，Water-in-oil)乳液組合物、及用於製備其的方法。該組合物包括化學非對稱各向異性粉粒，其形成穩定界面膜與不同粒徑的乳液顆粒，因此相較於習知的W/O製劑，提供具有低黏度製劑的穩定油包水型乳液組合，呈現明顯較輕的使用感覺。
