Disclosed are surface-modified amphiphilic anisotropic powder, an emulsion composition including the same, and a method for preparing the same. The surface modified amphiphilic anisotropic powder has increased hydrophilicity and controllable amphiphilic property, and thus shows controllable emulsion characteristics. In addition, the emulsion composition including the surface modified amphiphilic anisotropic powder shows improved emulsion stability with polar oil, compatibility with an anionic material, such as a thickener, or dispersibility of emulsion particles to minimize the use of a thickener.本發明揭露表面改性兩親各向異性粉粒，一含有相同成分之乳液組合物及其製備方法。該表面改性兩親各向異性粉粒已增加親水性與可控兩親性，因此呈現可控乳液特性。此外，該包含表面改性兩親各向異性粉粒的乳液組合物呈現改善與極油的乳液穩定性；與陰離子材料的兼容性，諸如增稠劑；或乳液顆粒的分散性，以降低使用增稠劑。
