PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vision adjustment sheet having solved the problem on a spectacle foil for amblyopia treatment on the basis of a complete shielding method and a pharmacological treatment method that considerably lose conventional soundness of eyes, and Bangerters principle that it is not enough for a reduction effect of vision.SOLUTION: A vision adjustment sheet has a layer containing translucent fine particles on a substrate, and the total light transmittance becomes 85% or more and a haze value becomes 10% or more and 70% or less.
