PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor air cleaning and greening device which is capable of increasing air purification efficiency per floor area and achieves highly dense greening with various types of plants, and has high space utilization efficiency.SOLUTION: An indoor air cleaning and greening device comprises: a breathable outer peripheral wall 1 which has a soil layer 4 and in which plants 5 are planted on the outer peripheral surface of the wall； a water storage tank 3 which is provided below the outer peripheral wall 1 and receives drain water from the soil layer 4； and a fan 2.
