PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having dopamine D2 receptor agonist action.SOLUTION: A hexahydro-triazaacephenanthrylene derivative compound represented by general formula (I): (in the formula, R1 is C1-6 alkyl or the like, R2 is C1-6 alkyl, R10R11N-C1-6 alkyl or the like, R3 and R4 are each hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, R12R13N-C1-6 alkyl or the like) or its pharmacologically allowable salt is provided. A pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or salt is also provided.
