PURPOSE: A retailing wall construction structure using soil bags is provided to reduce the installation time of soil bags by improving the connection structure of the soil bags and to easily fix the position of the installed soil bags. CONSTITUTION: A retailing wall construction structure(1) using soil bags comprises multiple soil bags and a drain board(200). The soil bags are arranged on the slope of a retaining wall(A) and are filled with soil(C) and seed germinators(150). Each soil bag has exposure holes(115) for plants, vertical fixing strips(135), and lateral fixing strips. The exposure holes enable the growth of plants. The vertical fixing strips fix the positions of the soil bags vertically arranged. The lateral fixing strips couple the soil bags laterally arranged to each other. The drain board is formed between the soil bags and the retaining wall and drains water.본 발명은 토낭을 이용한 옹벽 축조 구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 옹벽의 경사면에 상하좌우 방향을 따라 적층되도록 배치되며, 내부에 흙과 씨앗발아체가 수용되는 복수개의 토낭과； 상하로 적층되는 상기 복수개의 토낭 사이에 배치되어 상기 토낭의 위치를 고정하는 상하고정띠를 포함하며, 상기 토낭에는 이웃하는 토낭과 접촉되지 않고 상기 옹벽의 외측으로 노출되는 노출영역에 상기 씨앗발아체로부터 발아되는 식물이 통과되어 생육되도록 하는 식물노출공이 복수개 형성되는 것을 특징을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 식물의 씨앗을 씨앗발아체로 구성하여 토낭 내에 수용시킴과 아울러, 상하 적층되는 토낭에서 외부로 노출되는 노출영역에 식물노출공이 구비되어, 식물의 원활한 생육을 도모하여 조속한 녹화 및 지반 안정화가 가능하도록 할 수 있는 옹벽 축조용 토낭조립체를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 토낭을 이용한 옹벽 축조 구조는 측방고정띠와 상하고정띠를 이용하여 이웃하는 토낭 상호 간의 위치 고정이 용이하므로 토낭의 설치 시간을 단축할 수 있으며 장기간 토낭 위치가 안정적으로 지지될 수 있다.
