Disclosed is a compression band which includes adhesive tape with an adhesive surface and an expandable compression pad which is formed on the adhesion surface of the adhesive tape and is expanded away from the adhesion surface when fluids are absorbed, wherein the adhesive tape is attached to the patient's skin to allow the expandable compression pad to come in contact with the patient's skin and the expandable compression pad absorbs blood from the patient's skin, expands, and compresses the patient's skin by the expansion pressure thereof.접착면을 갖는 접착테이프와, 접착테이프의 접착면에 설치되며 유체를 흡수시 접착면에서 멀어지는 방향으로 팽창되는 압박용 팽창패드를 포함하며, 압박용 팽창패드를 환자의 피부에 닿도록 접착테이프를 환자의 피부에 부착하여 설치하며, 환자의 피부에서 나오는 혈액을 압박용 팽창패드에서 흡수하면서 팽창하며, 그 팽창압력으로 환자의 피부를 압박하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 압박 밴드가 개시된다.
