PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve efficiency of warming-up of an engine and increase an engine output thereby enhancing an operation efficiency of a service vehicle.SOLUTION: A radiator (50) is located outside an engine (E), a filter body (8B) for filtering dusts is located outside the radiator (50), a cooling fan (20) and a dust discharging fan (30), of which blade angles are so set as to be reverse to each other, are rotatably provided on a same axis between the engine (E) and the radiator (50), and a cooling clutch (C1) which connects and blocks transmission of a drive power from the engine (E) to the cooling fan (20) and a dust discharging clutch (C2) which connects and blocks transmission of a drive power from the engine (E) to the dust discharging fan (30) are provided.
