PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe disposable injector which can be reduced in cost by simplifying its structure, is highly convenient, and can be operated rapidly when being used.SOLUTION: The safe disposable injector includes a cylinder body 10, an injection needle seat 20, and a plunger rod 30. The cylinder body 10 has inside a positioning part 11 which fixes the injection needle seat 20. A piston head 31 is set on the tip end part of the plunger rod 30 and an annular projection edge 33 on the piston head 31. When injection of a liquid drug is finished, if the plunger rod 30 is further pressed, the piston head 31 is pushed into the injection needle seat 20 to connect the piston head 31 with the injection needle seat 20.
