CONSTITUTION: A hanger for producing dried fruits includes the following: a string(11) for mounting the hanger and hanging fresh fruits； an opening(12) inserting the stalk of the fruits extended from the calyx of the fruits； a long groove(13) for hanging the stalk by having an opening edge being formed toward the tip-end(13b), installed and extended from the opening； and a maintaining unit partially contacting the fruits.
