PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging tool for producing dried fruits allowing fruits to be easily surely attached, and free from the fear of damaging fruits by a string body in a production process.SOLUTION: The hanging tool for producing dried fruits attached to a hung string body so as to hang a fruit includes an opening part to insert a peduncle extending from the calyx of the fruit, a long groove connectedly installed in the opening part, formed so as to make the opposite extended opening edge parts approach to each other toward the edge, and seizing the peduncle, and a holding part arranged on the outside of the long groove, and contacting part of the fruit and holding.
