PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing discomfort to a crotch, improving wearing property, and suppressing leakage of a liquid.SOLUTION: An absorbent article which is a napkin 1, comprises: an absorber 2 for absorbing a liquid a top sheet 3 for covering the absorber 2 from one side of the absorber 2 in a thickness direction and a back sheet 5 disposed on the other side of the absorber 2 in the thickness direction. The top sheet 3 comprises folded parts 32 which are folded, on both sides of a width direction. Tip end parts 320 of the folded parts 32 are jointed to the back sheet 5 by a pair of fourth joint parts 14 arranged in a width direction between the absorber 2 and the back sheet 5 in the thickness direction.
