PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which exhibits sufficient absorption performance even when a fitting position is a little displaced, in which twists are unlikely to occur, and inconvenience, such as discomfort and liquid leak, is unlikely to occur.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 is provided with a skin side sheet 2, a non-skin side sheet 3, and an absorbent core 4 in a long shape in a back and forth direction, and has an excretion part opposite part B arranged opposite in a liquid excretion part of a wearer, and a rear part C arranged at the back. The absorbent core 4 has a standard absorption region 43 and an excretion part middle high region 40 that is arranged in a central part in the width direction in the excretion part opposite part B and less thick than the standard absorption region 43.
