PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower module having a configuration of which small sized formation, in particular, a width of the device in an air feeding direction can be attained without reducing an air feeding amount.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a driving device 130 for applying a vibration force to cause a substantial central part of a diaphragm 140 to be reciprocated and moved between a front plate part 120y side and a bottom plate 120z side against the diaphragm a hollow outer cylindrical part 110x extending in an axial direction arranged to have a predetermined clearance HW1 between it and an outer peripheral surface 120x2 of a cylindrical part 120x and an outer front plate part 110y arranged to have a predetermined clearance HW2 between it and an outer surface 120y1 of the front plate part 120y, having a front opening part 110H1 at its central part and arranged at one end side of the outer cylindrical part 110x.
