PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive body position fixing device for reliably fixing whole upper limbs by simply adjusting the heights and inclination angles of upper limb support surfaces.SOLUTION: The body position fixing device 1 includes a left arm placement table 4, a right arm placement table 5, a left hand grip bar 6, and a right hand grip bar 7 that are arranged at symmetrical positions on the upper surface 2a of a base board 2. The left hand grip bar 6 and the right hand grip bar 7 are arranged at positions on the rear side of the base board between the left arm placement table 4 and the right hand placement table 5. The left arm placement table 4 and the right hand placement table 5 include flat arm placement surfaces 11 for placing front arms and upper arms. The inclination angles, the heights, and an interval in a base board width direction X are changeable concerning the arm placement surfaces 11.
