The apparatus comprises at least one disc coulter (6) rotatably mounted on a coulter carrier (7) having an axle journal rotatably mounted on an axle support portion of said coulter carrier (7) by the intermediate of a rotary mounting device. Said share (6) comprises a central fastening zone assigned to the attachment to said journal, with rotary locking. Said central fastening zone, of planar construction, is pierced with a passage recess which can be threaded onto the axle journal, a central clamping element (21) being provided on said trunnion to ensure the permanent locking of said fixing zone on said trunnion.Ledit appareil comprend au moins un soc discoïdal (6) monté à rotation sur un porte-socs (7) qui présente un tourillon d'essieu monté rotatif sur une partie de support d'essieu dudit porte-socs (7), par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de montage rotatif. Ledit soc (6) comporte une zone centrale de fixation dévolue à la fixation audit tourillon, avec verrouillage rotatif. Ladite zone centrale de fixation, de réalisation plane, est percée d'un évidement de passage pouvant être enfilé sur le tourillon d'essieu, un élément central de serrage (21) étant prévu, sur ledit tourillon, pour assurer le blocage à demeure de ladite zone de fixation sur ledit tourillon.
