PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a biological activity measurement device for more accurately estimating a state of activities of a person by using a MIMO technology.SOLUTION: The biological activity measurement device is provided, including a matrix measurement part for measuring a first matrix showing propagation paths from between a plurality of transmission antennas and a plurality of reception antennas, a matrix calculation part for calculating a second matrix obtained by converting time response of the first matrix into frequency response when an object exists between the propagation paths and a third matrix obtained by converting the time response of the first matrix into frequency response when an object does not exist between the propagation paths, and a determination part for using a first result obtained by multiplying a complex conjugate of each element of the second matrix by each element of the second matrix and a second result obtained by multiplying a complex conjugate of each element of the second matrix by the third matrix to determine whether to satisfy a prescribed condition, and determining that the object is acting when the prescribed condition is satisfied.
