摘要:
Implantable density spongy material implant characterized in that it is of a spongy material of governable density comprising said implant: 5a) a three-dimensional shape of the implant geometry comprising: 5a1) a surface in an outline of the conjugate implant of a surface where the implant is to be placed to generate the perimeter of the implant on a surface surface (2); 5a2) a resistant structure configured to withstand mechanical loads to which the implant is to be subjected; 5b) a depth of osseointegration e from the surface surface (2) to a depth surface of osseointegration (1) comprising: 5b1) a plurality of pores, where a pore size is determined by the diameter of the void that constitutes the pore, the diameter being, dporo, comprised between 0.3 mm <;= dporo <;= 1.2 mm; 5b2) a pore density, where the pore density is determined by the number of pores per unit volume; 5b3) a thickness of material, e, from 0.3 mm <;= e <;= 2.5 mm; 5c) a solid material comprising: 5c1) a multidirectional interconnection network comprising a network of interconnected gaps to define a spongy structure: 5c11) without aligned holes; 5c12) without predefined patterns of spatial distribution of the gaps; 5c13) without crystalline type structures; 5c14) without structures of replicative type; 5c2) a strong structure in the form of a framework, where a material thickness variation function is configured so that the framework has no edges in at least the surface surface (2); 5c3) a volumetric density function: 5c31) that depends on, at least, the pore size, the pore density and the thickness of the material; 5c32) that in a section from a surface surface (2) to an osseointegration depth surface (1) has a density distribution increasing from a value comprised between 10-30% on the surface area (2) to a value between 70-90% on the depth surface of osseointegration (1), corresponding 100% to a solid material; 5c33) having a continuous, bounded density distribution, without singulari
