FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves an infiltration anaesthesia in the anterior area within the fourth teeth and a partial hydropreparation of soft tissues by inserting a needle into a movable mucosa at 1÷2 mm from a mucogingival line. Horizontal incisions 10±2 mm long are made at 1÷2 mm from the above line opposite the teeth 3-4 from the right and left. A semi-blunt rasparator inserted through the above incisions is used to dissect a periosteum from the bone throughout the anterior teeth, and to form a sub-periosteal tunnel 15±1.5 in size vertically in a projection of the roots at the boundary of the attached mucous membrane. The bone plasty material is introduced through the above incisions into the formed sub-periosteal tunnel and uniformly distributed by palpatory technique. The bone plasty material is introduced by means of a pair of pincers with jaws 3÷5 mm wide, folded with respect to spring-loaded branches that is combined with dilating the sub-periosteal tunnel by a pushing spatula with a working shovel 8±2 mm wide folded with respect to the handle.
