The present invention relates to a bone tube for operating maxillary sinus augmentation, consisting of: a tube body having a column-like shape and a flap formed in a radial direction on one edge of the tube body. The bone tube is capable of automatically creating bone expansion effects when planted on an insertion portion, and enables operation via a sinus crestal approach on a spot with little residual bone amount.
