PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information transmission device capable of storing information when using a substance housed in a housing part by including the housing part.SOLUTION: A real time clock, a question sentence, an answer button to be pressed down to input an answer to the question sentence, storage means for storing answer information, and transmission means for transmitting the answer information stored in storage means with a radio communication wave are provided. Further, a housing part 214, and a detection part 224 (detection means) for detecting that essence 215 (substance) is taken out from the housing part 214 are provided, the storage means further stores take-out information, and the transmission means further transmits the answer information and the take-out information with a radio communication wave. Then, the detection part 224 is configured by using an electric circuit EC astride a zipper C22 dividing adjacent housing parts 214, 214, and detects that the essence 215 is taken out from the housing part 214 by being disconnected.
