摘要：: The invention relates to new dihydrothienopyrimidinesulphoxides of formula1, as well as pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof,whereinXis SO or SO2, but preferably SO, and wherein R3denotes an optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic, unsaturated, partially saturated or saturated heterocycle or an optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic heteroaryl and wherein R1and R2have the meanings stated in claim 1, as well as pharmaceutical compositions which contain these compounds.These new dihydrothienopyrimidinesulphoxides are suitable for the treatment of respiratory or gastrointestinal complaints or diseases, inflammatory diseases of the joints, skin or eyes, diseases of the peripheral or central nervous system or cancers.本發明係關於新穎式1二氫噻吩并嘧啶亞碸，以及其藥理學上可接受之鹽，其中X為SO或SO2，但較佳為SO，且其中R3表示視情況經取代之單－或雙環狀、不飽和、部份飽和或飽和雜環或視情況經取代之單－或雙環狀雜芳基，且其中R1與R2具有請求項1中所述之意義，以及含有此等化合物之醫藥組合物。此等新穎二氫噻吩并嘧啶亞碸係適用於治療呼吸道或胃腸病苦或疾病，關節、皮膚或眼睛之炎性疾病，末梢或中樞神經系統之疾病或癌症。
