PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sowing fertilizer application device which eliminates the need for adjusting a leaflet by fixing a granular material spraying portion to a cover body of a reverse tillage rotary. SOLUTION: A reverse tillage rotary 5 pivotally supported by a rotary support machine frame 3 and a rear opening from the rear side to the ground surface are formed by covering the front side and the upper side of the reverse tillage rotary which are fixed to the rotary support machine frame. The cover body 7 to be used, the granular material storage container 8 fixed to the machine frame 34 separate from the rotary support machine frame, and the granular material in the granular material storage container are rearward of the reverse tillage rotary 5 via the flexible hose 9. A granular material supply portion 10 for guiding to the opening, a base portion 11 fixed to the rear end edge of the cover body 7, an arm portion 12 extending rearward from the base portion, and the tip of the arm portion are provided. It was composed of a granular material spraying portion 15 composed of a dusting plate 14, and a hose tip 9a was fixed to the dusting plate of the granular material spraying portion 15 to form a seeding fertilizer application device.
