PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occludator that enables accurate and easy production of an optimal prosthesis according to a position of a mandibular joint with respect to upper and lower jaws of an individual living body.SOLUTION: An occludator 1 includes: a left and right pair of lower arch-side joint position adjustors 21 and 31 for independently adjusting positions of a left and right pair of joints 6 and 8 with respect to a lower arch 20 in a three-dimensional manner and a left and right pair of upper arch-side joint position adjustors 41 and 51 for independently adjusting the positions of the left and right pair of the joints 6 and 8 with respect to an upper arch 40 in a three-dimensional manner. Accordingly, only the positions of the joints 6 and 8 can be independently adjusted in the three-dimensional manner while maintaining the position of the upper arch 40 with respect to the lower arch 20 at a desired position. With such a structure, only the positions of the joints 6 and 8 can be three-dimensionally adjusted with respect to the lower arch 20 and the upper arch 40 according to the individual living body with a bite plate (including wax denture) and an artificial tooth being mounted at a standard position suitable for work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】個々の生体における上下顎に対する顎関節の位置に応じた最適な補綴装置を、正確かつ容易に製作することのできる咬合器を提供する。【解決手段】咬合器1は、下弓20に対する左右一対の関節部6,8の位置を、3次元的に独立的に調整する左右一対の下弓側関節位置調節部21、31を備えるとともに、上弓40に対する左右一対の関節部6,8の位置を、3次元的に独立的に調整する左右一対の上弓側関節位置調節部41、51を備えている。したがって、下弓20に対する上弓40の位置を所望の位置に保ったまま、関節部6,8の位置のみを3次元的に独立的に調整することができる。このため、下弓20及び上弓40に対し、咬合床(蝋義歯を含む)や義歯を、作業に適した標準位置に装着しつつ、個々の生体に応じて関節部6,8の位置のみを3次元的に調整することができる。【選択図】 図1
