PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stent with which the recoil rate is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of manufacturing a stent 10, the stent: comprising a stent base 30 configured with struts 41 formed on a base material 20； being moved to a target site in a living body while in contact with an expansion member (balloon 91), and deformed such that the diameter thereof is increased only by expansion of the expansion member.
