The invention provides a novel myogenesis promotor, a novel muscle atrophy inhibitor, a novel composition or a novel TAZ activator. The myogenesis promotor, the muscle atrophy inhibitor, the composition and the TAZ activator include a composition represented by the following Formula (I) as an active ingredient.
