The present invention relates to a preservative composition comprising a water-soluble preservative agent and rosin as a water permeable solidifying agent. The preservative composition may be in the form of a fused body. The present invention also relates to a method for treating wood by applying said preservative composition to an opening in said wood. The present invention also relates to wood obtained with said treatment method.La présente invention a trait à une composition de préservation qui comprend un agent de préservation hydrosoluble et de la colophane en tant quagent gélifiant perméable à leau. La composition de préservation peut se présenter sous la forme dun corps fondu. La présente invention a également trait à un procédé permettant de traiter le bois en appliquant ladite composition de préservation sur une ouverture dans ledit bois. La présente invention a aussi trait à du bois obtenu au moyen dudit procédé de traitement.
