A device for training of myofibrilla reaction coordination ability owing to initial motor exciting pulse provides application of a sequence of mechanical pulses to a muscle. The device comprises a pressure pulse generator and a unit of applying pressure pulses to a skin according to a muscle, and also a pressure pulse transmission medium from the pressure pulse generator to the unit of applying pressure pulses. The device by means of pressure pulses generates vibration of frequency 40-400 Hz on skin. The unit of applying pressure pulses and the pressure pulse transmission medium form a closed contour. The contour comprises a compressed fluid medium or substantially incompressible fluid medium (water). There are declared two versions of the method for training of myofibrilla reaction coordination ability.
