The invention concerns an intervertebral implant comprising: an intervertebral wedge (12) which is formed in one piece and has a body (18) with a longitudinal direction, having along this direction a first insertion face (22) and a second face (24), and two recesses (30, 32) arranged at the ends of the body, each recess being defined by a first extension (34) prolonging said insertion face, a second extension (36), and a bottom wall (38) and two fixation links (14, 16), each link having a first end integral with said first extension (34) and a second end that can be fixed to said second face in order to partially surround a spinous process and hold it in a recess. Each first extension (34) of the body has a height (h), relative to the bottom wall of the recess, which is at most equal to the height (h) of the second extension that is associated with it and that is between 1 mm and 3 mm.Linvention concerne un implant intervertébral comprenant : - une cale intervertébrale (12) formée dune seule pièce comprenant un corps (18) ayant une direction longitudinale, présentant selon cette direction une première face dinsertion (22) et une deuxième face (24) et deux évidements (30, 32) disposés aux extrémités du corps, chaque évidement étant défini par une première extension (34) prolongeant ladite face dinsertion, une deuxième extension (36) et une paroi de fond (38) et - deux liens de fixation (14, 16), chaque lien présentant une première extrémité solidaire de ladite première extension (34) et une deuxième extrémité fixable sur ladite deuxième face pour entourer partiellement une apophyse épineuse et la maintenir dans un évidement. Chaque première extension (34) du corps a une hauteur (h) par rapport à la paroi de fond de lévidement qui est au plus égale à celle (h’) de la deuxième extension qui lui est associée et qui est comprise entre 1 mm et 3 mm.
