PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kind of a nebulization apparatus capable of solving the problem that affinity between a water film and a nebulization sheet forms irregularities in a nebulization generation amount depending on a distance by the structure design of fibers for water guide.SOLUTION: The nebulization apparatus mainly includes the nebulization sheet, a piezoelectric driving element, a liquid droplet conveying pipe, a water tank, and an active water supply element. The piezoelectric driving element is connected to the nebulization sheet for linking and vibrating the nebulization sheet. The liquid droplet conveying pipe is provided below the nebulization sheet, the water tank is housed in the liquid droplet conveying pipe, and the active water supply element connects the liquid droplet conveying pipe and the water tank, respectively. The active water supply device supplies working liquid to the liquid droplet conveying pipe and forms a curved water film between the pipe opening of the droplet conveying pipe and the nebulization sheet, and the working liquid is nebulized by the nebulization sheet.
