PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body heating cooling apparatus and a therapy device in which excessive heating or heat absorption of opposite side metal due to the heat moving from metal of a body side of the Peltier element to the opposite side metal can be prevented, and the feeling of use when the Peltier element is pressed to the body is enhanced.SOLUTION: A body heating cooling apparatus 10 is provided for cooling or heating a body by making an electric current flow to the Peltier element 11 laminating two types of metal. An elastic sheet material 13 pressed to the body and having thermal conductivity is fixed on the surface of one metal 11a side of the Peltier element.
