A method of manufacturing a valve for a fluid system is described herein. The method comprises determining a target cracking pressure for the valve of the fluid system, providing an inner wall having a first height and an outer wall having a second height, the first height varying from the second height by a height differential, and attaching a flexible membrane to the outer wall at the second height, wherein a central zone of the flexible membrane is in contact with the inner wall at the first height and the inner wall biases the flexible membrane from a neutral condition. The height differential is selected to provide resistance to displacement from the inner wall until pressure acting on the membrane exceeds the target cracking pressure.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication dune valve pour un système fluidique. Le procédé comprend la détermination dune pression de fissuration cible pour la valve du système fluidique, la production dune paroi interne ayant une première hauteur et dune paroi externe ayant une deuxième hauteur, la première hauteur variant par rapport à la deuxième hauteur dune différence de hauteur, et la fixation dune membrane flexible à la paroi externe à la deuxième hauteur, une zone centrale de la membrane flexible étant en contact avec la paroi interne à la première hauteur et la paroi interne déviant la membrane flexible depuis un état neutre. La différence de hauteur est choisie de manière à produire une résistance au déplacement de la paroi interne jusquà ce quune pression appliquée sur la membrane dépasse la pression de fissuration cible.
