The invention relates to a bean powder material package, a method and a device for manufacturing soyabean milk. A backwash area is formed on the bottom wall of the bean powder material package. The method for manufacturing the soyabean milk comprises the following steps: (a) pre-dissolving stage: an injection head is provided for injecting liquid to the material package through a membrane, and the liquid penetrates a bean powder layer to the backwash area with a flat surface or a concave surface on the bottom wall of the material package to form a liquid flow channel and (b) dissolving stage: the liquid is continuously injected to the material package by the injection head and is splashed reversedly through the backwash area to dissolve the bean powder upwards from the bottom of the material package layer by layer until the bean powder is completely dissolved, a leading-out hole is provided, and the soyabean milk in the material package is extruded to be discharged through the leading-out hole.
