The present invention relates to a method for producing a mung bean jelly (Cheongpomuk) containing lotus leaf powder and, more particularly, to a method for producing a mung bean jelly containing lotus leaf powder obtained by grinding lotus leaves, having an antioxidative effect； various pharmacological effects such as adult disease prevention, anti-aging, and the like； and functionality, such as skin care, and the like due to effectiveness of the lotus leaves. The method for producing a mung bean jelly containing lotus leaf powder comprises: a step of sorting lotus leaf powder in 30-40 meshes by grinding lotus leaves with a grinder after the lotus leaves are washed with flowing water for five times and with distilled water for two times and freeze-dried (-60°；C/24 hrs)； a step of mixing the lotus leaf powder with mung bean powder； a step of adding distilled water and salt to the mung bean powder mixed with the lotus leaf powder； a step of stirring the mung bean powder with a stirrer； a step of heating the stirred mung bean powder at 85-90°；C in a gel state； and a step of producing a mung bean jelly by cooling the mung bean powder in a heated gel state for 2 hours.본 발명은 연잎분말을 함유하는 청포묵의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 연잎의 효능으로 항산화작용과 성인병 예방, 노화방지 등을 갖는 다양한 약리작용과 피부미용 등의 기능성이 있는 연잎을 분쇄한 연잎분말을 첨가하여 청포묵을 제조하기 위한 것이다.그 구성 은 연잎을 흐르는 물에 5회 및 증류수 2회 세척하여 동결건조(-60℃/24hrs)한 후, 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 30~40 메쉬의 연잎분말을 선별하는 공정과, 상기 연잎분말을 녹두가루에 혼합하는 공정과 상기 연잎분말이 혼합된 녹두가루에 증류수와 소금을 추가하는 공정과, 상기 녹두가루를 교반기에서 교반하는 공정과 상기 교반 된 녹두가루를 85~90℃에서 겔상태로 가열하는 공정과, 상기 가열된 겔상태의 녹두가루를 2시간 동안 냉각하 여 청포묵을 제조하는 공정을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
