PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable display of information on an environment inside and outside a facility and information on the control operation of each control device with improved visibility.SOLUTION: A control state display program makes a computer execute the following process. The computer displays sensor values acquired from sensors inside and outside the facility in a time-series order, and together with the sensor values displayed in the time-series order, displays a bar showing a control mode with respect to a control object in the facility in association with the sensor value in the time-series order. At this time, bars different according to the control modes with respect to the control objects are displayed.
