To provide an ophthalmic microscope system which does not need to replace eyepiece barrels according to a user.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic microscope system for stereoscopically observing an image of a subject eye includes a left optical system, a right optical system, a display control unit, and a selection presentation unit. The left optical system guides light from the subject eye to a left imaging device. The right optical system guides light from the subject eye to a right imaging device. The left imaging device and the right imaging device can be arranged such that the normal direction of a light receiving surface of the left imaging device intersects the normal direction of a light receiving surface of the right imaging device on an eye side to be examined. The display control unit causes display means to display a left image acquired by the left imaging device and a right image acquired by the right imaging device in a positional relationship corresponding to a predetermined value of an interpupillary distance.
