PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical valve having a novel structure in which damage of an elastic valve body due to insertion of a needleless type male connector is reduced. SOLUTION: A port 14 for connecting a male connector to which a disc-shaped elastic valve body 16 is mounted is provided, and an inner locking groove 26 and an outer locking groove formed on an outer peripheral portion of the elastic valve body 16. In the medical valve 10 in which the inner claw portion 62 and the outer claw portion 78 formed in the housing 12 are supported by being locked with respect to the outer side 28, the outer side claw which is superposed on the outer side engaging groove 28 of the elastic valve body 16. At the axially outer end portion of the inner peripheral surface 78a of the portion 78, a cylindrical inner periphery having an inner diameter dimension of 3.9 to 4.5 mm and an axial length of 1/3 or more of the outer claw portion. The inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface 64c of the inner claw portion 62, which is formed with the surface 81 and is overlapped with the inner locking groove 26 of the elastic valve body 16, is equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical inner peripheral surface 81 of the outer claw portion 78.
