The present invention relates to a method for producing a nano-flexible vehicle containing active components collected therein. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: 1) producing a sol solution by adding a solvent in a mixture mixed with active components, phosphatide, and surfactants and by dissolving the same in a high temperature constant temperature tank; 2) producing lyotropic liquid gel by adding and magnetically agitating distilled water in the sol solution; 3) dispersing the gel in water in vehicle particles by continuously magnetically agitating the gel and slowly adding distilled water while applying shearing force; 4) treating ultrasonic waves on a suspension in which vehicle particles are dispersed; and 5) magnetically agitating the suspension treated by ultrasonic waves, and cooling the same at room temperature. When the method of the present invention is used, vehicles having several tens of nano-meters and having flexible membranes can be produced. Thus, the percutaneous absorption of active components collected in vehicles can be promoted. Moreover, by means of a simple process without a solvent evaporating step or a high pressure step, a vehicle can be produced, and hydrophilic active component collecting efficiency can be remarkably improved.
