A green construction element forming a vertical surface of the construction, the element including a porous concrete element and a coating on at least one of the surfaces of the porous concrete, directly in contact with the surface, the coating, which is favourable to the development of plants, including a plant or a seed of the plant, and the porous concrete having a porosity of between 10% and 40% in the hardened state thereof, before application of the coating, so as to be able to render the vertical surface of the construction green.L'invention a pour objet un élément d'une construction végétalisé, constituant une surface verticale de la construction, ledit élément comprenant: a)un élément en béton poreux et b)un enduit sur au moins l'une des surfaces dudit béton poreux, directement en contact avec ladite surface, ledit enduit favorable au développement de végétaux comprenant un végétal ou une semence dudit végétal, le béton poreux ayant à l'état durci, avant application de l'enduit, une porosité de 10% à 40%, de sorte à végétaliser ladite surface verticale de la construction. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un tel élément de construction végétalisé.
