The present invention relates to a method for afforesting a concrete wall using grown grass (200). The method of the present invention comprises: (a) an installing surface preparing step of trimming an external surface for installation； (b) a coupling unit installing step of installing a fixing coupling unit (15) on the installing surface (11)； (c) a bottom frame installing step of installing a bottom frame (20) at the bottom of the installing surface (11)； (d) a wall frame installing step of installing a wall frame (50) to be coupled with the coupling unit (15) and adhered on the installing surface (11)； (e) a block installing step of installing a vegetation base block (100) between the bottom frame (20) and the wall frame (50)； (f) a grass (200) installing step of installing grown grass (200) on the external surface of the vegetation base block (100)； and (g) a frame assembling step of installing an external housing frame (70) to wrap a protruding external surface of the grass (200) and fixing one end of the external housing frame (70) to the installing surface (11). In the present invention, the grown grass (200) is strongly fixed onto a plumb surface, and the water retaining power and nutrient holding capacity of the vegetation base block (100) installed on the rear surface thereof are excellent. A growing base layer having a sufficient depth is ensured by means of the vegetation base block (100), so that the grass (200) can be easily rooted and can be actively grown.
