The present invention relates to a retractor system for gasless laparoscopic surgery which forms a space for surgery by being inserted between skin and tissues of a laparoscopic surgery patient. The system comprises: a retractor comprising a handle part for gripping, an extension shaft extending in an L-shape from the handle part, and a traction part having a traction surface which is extended in a concave bent shape having a predetermined width and length from the extension shaft and coming in contact with an incision part of a patient； and a mount assembly for fixing the retractor.본 발명은 복강경 수술 환자의 피부와 조직 사이에 삽입되어 수술을 위한 공간을 형성하는 가스리스 복강경 수술용 리트랙터 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상기 시스템은, 파지를 위한 핸들부와, 핸들부로부터 L자 형태로 연장되는 연장 샤프트와, 연장 샤프트로부터 기선정된 폭과 길이를 가지고 오목하게 절곡된 형태로 연장되고, 환자의 절개부와 접촉되는 견인면을 갖는 견인부를 포함하는 리트랙터； 및 리터랙터를 고정하기 위한 마운트 어셈블리를 포함하여 구성된다.
